Inspired by Finlandia Foundation National's National Sauna Week running February 16th - 22nd this year, sauna enthusiast and long-time member of FAHS, Greg Smiley, will be giving a presentation about his journey with sauna throughout his life. Greg is so enamored with traditional Finnish sauna, that he refuses to go without; even going so far as building his own. The lecture will include information about how saunas are built across the world, how to build your own, and the basics of how to use traditional Finnish sauna to create peace, happiness, and relaxation in an otherwise busy, stressful life!
